La Tarde's PRIVATE 4x4 SHUTTLE

La Tarde offers private 4x4 shuttles to and from most destinations on the Osa Peninsula.

 

• Puerto Jiménez - Afternoon: $ 85 for 2-3 people • $ 95 for 4 people • $ 105 for 5-9 people
• La Palma - Afternoon: $ 35 for 2-3 people • $ 45 for 4 people • $ 55 for 5-9 people
• Los Patos – Afternoon: $ 85 for 2-3 people • $ 95 for 4 people • $ 105 for 5-9 people (December to April Only)

RENting a car

Renting a car is great option to explore the Osa Peninsula. Rental cars are available in San José and Puerto Jiménez. Rental cars provide the flexibility to venture out and see more of the Peninsula. Guests are STRONGLY advised to rent a 4x4 because many of the roads on the Peninsula are not paved and do not have bridges (river crossings are required).

 

TAKING THE BUS

The most economical way to get to Ecoturístico La Tarde is taking a bus but does require advance planning. Guests arriving by bus will need to arrange a taxi from La Palma to La Tarde. If you need bus schedules or any other information, do not hesitate to contact us. The following bus routes are available:

• SAN JOSE TO PUERTO JIMENEZ - Departs 8 am and 12 pm daily. Exit the bus in La Palma (25 km before Puerto Jiménez).
